Padma Bhatt (born 1980) is a freelance artist based in Vienna, Austria. She began her studies at the University of the Arts London, specifically at the London College of Communication, and later completed her Master of Arts under Prof. Fons Hickmann, at the University of Applied Arts Vienna.

Her work is process-driven and experimental, often combining collage, overpainting techniques, pencil, and fine liner drawing. In her paintings, she frequently brings together typography, botanical imagery, and symbolic elements. These visual languages are used to explore personal themes such as joy, anger and fear, resulting in vibrantly colored, finely detailed, and often surreal compositions.
